Tidal poor connectivity

When starting the Tidal application, it very often does not see the WiiM Pro plus device or if it does, there are problems with the connection. Sometimes it works, but it is annoying. However, when starting Tidal through the WiiM Home application, Tidal works without a problem. I have heard from friends that they also have this problem. What causes this and is there any way to fix it?

I have the same thing and resetting helps but it doesn't solve the problem because after some time the same thing...
