Time showing incorrectly

The Ultra's clock is 30 minutes behind my actual time (Melbourne, Australia).

I understand that the time is being driven by the internet connection, but I have checked this and the router is correct (I have rebooted, looked at the location on the router etc). The time also comes up correctly on a few other devices that use the internet connection.

I have rebooted the Ultra, checked for updates and uninstalled and reinstalled the app a couple of times.

As there is no clock setting (or location setting) on the Ultra, I have no idea what to do next. I would welcome any suggestions

Welcome.

Move to Sydney, it's working fine here ;)

(Sorry, can't think of anything constructive apart from using More, Feedback in the wiim app.)

I think the location settings are do at setup from the settings on your phone.

Was that done in another timezone?

The phone was originally setup in Japan, which is one hour behind Melbourne. When I came back a few months ago, the phone automatically switched to Melbourne time. I was using wifi on the flight and the phone time changed a few times. There are so many settings in phones these days, I wonder if something has been set incorrectly.

Thanks for the idea, I will start googling android settings to see if I missed something.

This may be unrelated to this, but do you allow the WiiM app to have location permissions?

Thank you hgo58 - there was a time setting in my phone that I must have manually adjusted when I landed. Now that I have changed it to automatic, the Ultra has reset to the correct time. Much appreciated.
