Track Change Buttons

I am unable to use the remote to change tracks for any apps that are casting.
-Plexamp
-Amazon Music
-Plex
-Bubbleupnp

The remote works fine for the Wiim App and Roon to change tracks. If I use the Wiim app to play Amazon Music then the remote also works fine.

Any way to get the remote to work when casting?

I would think there is a setting that needs to turned on, I have a Sony smart speaker that allows me to do this when casting directly to it.

Could the support team advise on any progress with this issue, as still seems to be the case that when a stream is initiated from somewhere other than the WiiM Home App, the back/forward track buttons don't work, whether it be those in the app or on the physical remote.

I find the first time I press the back or forward track buttons nothing happens but after that the track buttons do work. This is while playing from LMS on a WiiM Amp. I find a lot of things don't work the first time I press them on the remote.

Just tried this, but unfortunately it makes no difference. In my case I'm streaming from Wiim Pro and the issue occurs if I use, e.g. BubbleUPnP as the control point. If I then access the WiiM Home App I can *see* what track is playing but the in-app back/forward buttons are greyed out and the physical remote buttons have no effect.
