I have found that if you favourite the track or artist from my Tablet Qobuz app, you can find them in the Favourites menu on the WiiM Qobuz app without issue.
I should add that I've only had my WiiM Pro Plus for a few days and I'm very much a novice, but I did find that using the above process worked for me.

It may take some time for the data to be reflected in the WiiM app. Please try restarting both apps; for Android phones, also try deleting the cache of the WiiM app.

Or logging out of Qobuz in the WiiM app and back in to see if that forces an update? I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a similar delay between instances of the Qobuz app - iirc, Amazon Music is similar
