Trigger to be configurable per output

It would be useful to have the trigger configurable per output so it only operates when certain outputs are selected. An obvious example: if I have a power amp and/or sub controlled by the trigger, these don't need to be powered if the headphone output is selected. Different people will have different situations like headphones being on USB or bluetooth, so it should be an option for each output individually.

With the current app the best location would be under Hardware->'12V Trigger' with a list of outputs each having an on/off option.

This, along with automatic switching to headphone output a minijack is inserted would be a welcome addition.
