Would attaching my NVIDIA SHIELD PRO using USB for audio to my Ultra work?

I don't think so.
The usb is for audio out of the ultra and/or for a usb stick or hdd containing music files.
It's not an audio usb input.

From googling the loxje a30, it looks as if you should be able to take the Ultra USB Audio out into it. As to whether that sounds better than RCA out from the Ultra, try both and decide for yourself
