Vibelink Faulty Error

I’ve had my Vibelink for almost a month and the input indicator started flashing red suddenly. I’m using the RCA input. There doesn’t seem to be any problem. Still plays fine, but I’d like to get this straightened out before I use it again. I did hold the power button for 5 seconds to do the reset and it’s still the same.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Unplug it from the power outlet for about a minute then plug it back in. This might help. If it doesn’t you might want to drop a feedback request through the app.

The red flashing LED indicates an error with the device. There may be a malfunction, so please submit a ticket from the feedback section of the WiiM app.

Is Vibelink displayed on the device screen of the WiiM app?
If so, I think the device log will be sent along with the ticket.
