Looks like at last here the Hisaishi's soundtracks are exclusive to Apple Music. It was a nice excuse to test the Chromecast function in the WiiM Amp

I have been listening to the BBC podcast SOUL Music. They interview people about why a piece of music is important to them. Some of it is quite moving. Try the episode on “I can see clearly now”.

I just listened to the one on Van Morrison’s Astral Weeks. Interestingly the BBC podcast of the song sounds better than the actual song when played through Spotify on an iPhone. Maybe the BBC tweaks it a bit.

BUT the album sounds fantastic when played thru my WiiM to my Marantz pm 6007 thru Audiovector speakers.

Could have been worse, I nearly chose Steel Panther instead of this album. They have a Glorious song,..

Yes, they are quite reminiscent of acdc.
I think I like 'No Guts. No Glory.' best, but I also think you like your metal a bit 'heavier' than I do from some of your posts!

Still quite often on the platter (or, if again too lazy, via stream).
Beginning ≈ 18:00 it is a good test how your system can reproduce some "subsonic" sounds. No spectacular bass punch but challenging.

I had a bit of distortion on the original album and found a later version which is a lot cleaner. Try the Mike Oldfield Collection version first tract. I had thought the distortion was from my system.
 
Today streaming from NAS via Notebook, foobar 1.6.18 with Georgia-ReBORN-Skin v3.0-RC2...
