From a UX it would need more time as always hard to compare to an app you are using daily for years already (plexamp). Probably will support/buy and keep it as a Plexamp backup.

Works great on the tablet and when using SMB, very good customizable and stable program. I have switched to using it almost exclusively for streaming from the NAS as it is very well thought out and for music lovers. In my opinion, it belongs on every Android device for streaming alongside Bubble and HiFi-Cast. Unfortunately, I have to say that WHA can't hold a candle to any of these three programs in my opinion (but it is still indispensable as a companion software to the hardware and is already very good, especially in comparison to other proprietary programs).

Hifi-Cast is a player? Which use cases does it cover for you over Symfonium?

Never tried Bubble. Not sure what it should expect from it. Security? Stability? Uniformity? I have local and remote access through Plex..

BubbleUPnP with BubbleUPnP Server can control multiple UPnP/Chromecast devices concurrently.
This is one of the reasons I run multiple systems: BubbleUPnP with MinimServer and Symfonium with Lightweight Music Server.

Not sure of a compelling reason to use Hi-Fi Cast, unless you prefer the UI.
