Little Feat is just about to embark on their US farewell tour. I just scored 3rd row tickets to see them at the historic Tennessee Theatre. They are fantastic musicians. I saw them back in 2005 at a free community concert in Albany, OR and have been hooked ever since. I’m looking forward to seeing them one last time before they hang it up.

No Lowell George

No Lowell George
Unfortunately that’s true but I have a policy of taking what I can get. I’m still going to show my support and enjoy the other fine musicians in the band. If you want some Lowell check out the Relisten app. It has some amazing soundboards dating all the way back to 1970.

Many Sides of Fred Neil

A definitive look at Neil's classic Capitol recordings. Included are the three albums he recorded for Capitol, 'Fred Neil' (later re-released as Everybody's Talkin'), Sessions and the live album Other Side of This Life, plus theA- and B-sides

I’m starting the morning off with a rousing Podcast from Mechanical Music Radio, and this is The Hour of Power.

Leaf Hound - Growers of Mushroom (70s Heavy Rock aka Led Zeppelin, Iron Butterfly, Deep Purple etc)

Very rare 1971 LP valued £4,000+

…but not this Akarma reissue I bought at Camden Market in the early 2000s. Worthless by comparison.
