Raveneye - Breaking Out

Very nice Hard Rock EP. Was very impressed by this Guitarist Oli Brown at Glastonbury 2010 & have followed him since (used to play blues, now even better - full band heavy rock). His current band The Dead Collective have 3 excellent EPs & an album to come.

The Dead Collective - Prelude
Track: Haunted

….high energy Hard Rock with a fabulous guitar break. It’s followed by a very different, very beautiful acoustic version. Anyone who has the slightest interest in heavy rock/classic rock should listen to this.

My Father is a professional musician and had a scratched Herb Alpert record about 25 years ago.

He gave it to me to rip it to CD after removing the scratches.

The primitive software I used removed the scratches and most of the trumpets! 😂🤣
So it WAS just Herb Albert ... You removed the Tijuana Brass?!?!🎺

...in my mind “Made in Japan” was more prevalent than “Bat out of Hell” 😉

...and not to forget, the red and blue Beatles album (okay, that makes five now—I think if we keep going, we'll come up with more which everyone had 😄)
I have Made in Japan but don't remember any of my pals having it. Another favourite was Thin Lizzy's 'Live and Dangerous' (as someone else posted very recently on this thread). I think if we were to go back and check the record charts of the time we'd all find we're wrong and very few people had all these albums. Any yet here we are still listening to them many years later 😁.
