John Butler Trio - Sunrise Over Sea (Blues-Folk Rock)

I saw this album being toured in London back in the early ’20s, 'Grand National’ & their latest ‘Prism’ are also very good.

I am Always coming back to this album as a reference in terms of recording.

Try the album 'Smoke & Noise' version of 'Long After You're Gone', that's the one I heard first & has incredibly deep sub-bass along with strong echoey acoustics. The other Demo track I use is 'No Sanctuary Here' on 'Roadhouses and Automobiles'. Both are exceptionally mixed and mastered recordings.
