What products you'd like to see WiiM produce?

Can't see how that would work as in one hand you're fixing volume then wanting to change it. The WiiM remotes can only be Bluetooth paired with one device at a time and have a fixed control set that the external amp wouldn't necessarily be able to interpret. What you're really after is a remote for your amp.

The device being controlled needs to have an IR sensor for those IR learning remotes to work with them. WiiM devices do not have IR sensors.
