As Wiimer said - this from the Yamaha manual. AFAIK Wiim use a variant of Linux and there is no way to load a driver

Hi @slipthru, how do you rate the Elicit-R amp please? I am thinking of adding it to my Wiim Ultra and Chord Qutest DAC setup. Does it bring out much more detail, it is quite an old amp and discontinued so just wondering if it will make a massive difference or not. currently have a 20 year old Harman Kardon AVR230 which is great but cant afford a brand new model. Thanks

Still testing Wiim Amp Pro in the living room with Quad ESL-63s and an SVS 3000 Micro sub. I have bass management configured as a crossover and set the frequency to 120 Hz. It keeps lower octaves out of the Quads and lets them play much louder than I need without audible distortion, and the sub gives me the bass that the Quads can't. I may rearrange the furniture a bit to allow more symmetrical placement of the speakers in relation to the walls, etc. I may get a Wiim Amp Ultra for the living room because I'd like to have a little more dynamic headroom for the Quads.

Just finished my HiVi Swan 3.1a's, very nice speaker kit with the Perfectionist crossover mod designed by Sehlin Sound Solutions, paired with an SVS SB1000Pro and powered by a Vibelink + Ultra on top of my HTPC system.
Best sounding system I have owned.

Is your WiiM Pro in another room? With such an extensive desktop setup you don't need it "locally" I guess

Would be great to see some pictures of your setup with WiiM product and exact audio configuration to give others some ideas and recommendations.

The Ultra goes out to an smsl ps100 pro via usb.
Via optical to smsl D6s.
Which is then fed through
The Musical Fidelity x10-D
Valve buffer and back to the Vibelink RCA in. (60w)
Via coax direct to the Vibelink. (100w)
Running comparison
Between this and
Naim Nait 5i replacing
Tube fed Vibelink section.
For curiosity purposes.

I have it down to 90 Hz now and it seems perfect.

I had a pair of those Kef 104ab speakers...I traded them to Record Exchange in St Louis for a techniques record player last year... it's neat to see another pair.
