What's your setup/configuration look like?

I remodelled my Living Room last year!

There are 2 WiiMs in play here. Neither is visible. A WiiM Pro under the TV connected to my Onkyo AVR and a Pro Plus under the Turntable which is connected to a Mission 778x. The Mission and Onkyo both use the L&R Kef Q550s. There is a physical switch hidden in the cabinet. The centre and sub (not in pic) are for TV use only.

Cone - Dipole Loudspeaker 👆🏼

And that's where I come from, my DIY turntable/Air tonearm.👇🏼
Basically, everything was/is DIY, from the LW to the LS standing there. There used to be 3x18" bass dipoles on each side.

If you look closely at the placement of the speakers and your reflection in the TV, you won't find yourself in the center of an equilateral triangle. It's also clear that the speakers are sandwiched between cabinets, and I've seen this placement of speakers on many forum members.

I wasn't sitting in the prime listening seat when I took the photo. There is a slight angle on the camera in order to include the turntable in the picture! I agree that the speakers appear to be sandwiched but they aren't really as the KEFs don't have back ports so the soundwaves emanate forwards only. I could move them maybe an inch or two further forward and if I didn't have WAF to worry about I would also move the coffee table that very slightly obscures the left speaker. If the KEFs were back ported they would definitely have an issue. It is the same for the centre speaker but that isn't in play for audio. I chose them for this reason.

WiiM Ultra -> Marantz M1 (DIRAC Live & bass management -> MoFi SourcePoint 8 & Rythmik L12 (40Hz crossover).

Plays flat down to 10Hz in-room. DIRAC correcting 12.5-250Hz.

EDIT: The subwoofer is crossed in at 40Hz with a 24dB/Octave Linkwitz-Riley filter. I don’t miss any stereo imaging at all, but with this kind of extension, I hear all of the music, not just most of it. The speakers will play down to an F3 of 32Hz in-room for me here in the family room (likely due to rear wall reinforcement) with ports left open, but I have fully sealed all ports so they can better match the group delay on my sealed subwoofer.

I like curves! I'd lift the two octaves 125-500 Hz some 3 dB as a test, @EddNog, unless there's some room reverb there that fattens them (or sends the Enterprise into orbit) of course.

I think @EddNog must be happy with the room correction. That is left and right so there will be a 3dB increase at low frequencies with both channels playing.

Thank you for not putting the TV over the fireplace!
