Wiim Amp keeps rebooting every 2mn or so

I hadnt used the original Wiim amp for a few months but upon seeing the news of the integration of youtube music (eventhough it could be done prior using chromecast...), I got curious and set it up again. The first couple of days, the amp had issues with the firmware update. It would claim to have gone successfully only to see on the app that the amp was still running the old firmware but eventually, it did update to the Youtube music firmware version.

As I got back I noticed the white led flashing rather often,,,,too often, Played a bit of music and then after a couple of minutes, the music would stop and the white light would be flashing....that behavior has continued ever since despite doing all the reboots, disonnecting, factory reset imaginable

So, I wanted to know if anyone had encountered a similar issue and had managed to resolve it?
If Wiim is aware of the issue and have a fix upcoming since it might be related to the latest firmware?

For now the amp is useless

Have you submitted a ticket to WiiM?

Fast flashing white LEDs indicate that the device is rebooting. The device seems to be rebooting repeatedly for some reason.

Unplug the power cable, leave it for a while and try plugging it in again. (You have already tried resetting the device, so it is unlikely that this will solve the issue..)

Btw, does the music play/stop work correctly when you press the volume knob?
