I agree there is some form of confirmation bias in these matters. I would not pay megabucks for a power cord like some do.if you want to hear a difference, you will hear a difference..
FYI, Shunyata Research also providing c5 plug power cord at similar price, which is called “Venom V14 C5”.I agree there is some form of confirmation bias in these matters. I would not pay megabucks for a power cord like some do.
The AQ is "reasonably" priced for such a product.
Thank you. I thought of Shunyata. But, my dealer no longer sells their stuff. I decided to go with the AQ. I should get it within a week maybe two.FYI, Shunyata Research also providing c5 plug power cord at similar price, which is called “Venom V14 C5”.

Congrats on being a douchebag. Go back to "Audio science review" and fondle Amir's bits some more...Congrats on flushing over $100 straight down the toilet. What’s terrible is your dealer knows it’s a scam, but it’s a scam that pays their bills so they’re fine with it.
I feel bad for WiiM engineers. Can you imagine the lengths they went to design the Amp Ultra to a pricepoint — all the constraints and compromises that meant for internal components that actually matter, and the talent they used to get it all to work so well — just to watch customers turn around and spend 25% of the total price on the most meaningless part swap possible?
Feel sorry for yourself.I feel sorry for @Indydan
No need to pompously rain on their parade - they seem well aware that confirmation bias might be at play, and are comfortable with the outlay.

I misinterpreted your post. Apologies.Maybe I now only feel half as sorry as I did
No worries, just trying to remind everyone in what was meant to be a reasonably light hearted way of the first forum rule:
Be kind and courteous.
Not quite as poetic as Bill and Ted, but close enough.
