The blue lighting is probably not going to interfere.
Most likely the input sensitivity of the 2216b will be rather high, which means that a relatively low input voltage will drive it to high volumes. Luckily, all WiiM Streamer allow to set the maximum output voltage between 2 V = 2000 mV (default) and 0.2 V = 200 mV. You might want to change the maximum output voltage to the lowest possible value, so you don't have to adjust the volume knob when switching between the WiiM Pro or WiiM Pro Plus and e.g. analogue radio.
Even if you plan to listen to digital radio instead of the built-in tuner in the future, it still makes sense to adjust the WiiM's output voltage, so the 2216b cannot be overdriven.
