I’m unsure why a statement by Wiim can’t be made. Just tell us if going to be delayed and then we avoid thinking updates are broken etc

Interesting how often corporations fail to give their customers basic status updates in situations like this. I've commented often over the years that if you don't tell people what's going on, they'll make up their own story to fill the void. And that story is generally worse than what's actually taking place.

Hi Team,

This update is rolling out in stages. Since it includes several major improvements, the rollout is taking a bit longer than usual. Most devices should receive it early next week. Thanks for your patience and support!

Yay, I’ve got mine <3

I found one issue. I set presets to switch between saved EQs configurations. If I’am using WiiM Remote to switch presets the EQ configuration name is not updated in the app UI. It refers to all screens: playback, device settings or EQ screen itself.

If I switch to other screen and then go back then information becomes to be updated.

I received the update. The only odd thing was this one took care of itself in the background. I believe every other update I've received has always been preceded by an inquiry when I've opened the WiiM app on my phone, asking me if I wanted to update right now or do it later. No big deal, but just handled different than all the other updates I've received.

Was the same for my Amp Ultra. Came home from work yesterday and did another search for the new firmware as always and noticed it updated to the latest firmware already.
