Wiim Pro connected to Wiim Amp

Hi, I have a Wiim Amp connected to my TV and stereo components downstairs.
Upstairs, I have an 18 year old Logitech Squeezebox Touch that needs replacing.
If I were to replace it with a Wiim Pro, could I access the music files that are on a USB
drive in the Wiim Amp? I do not want the Wiim Amp to play... just to access
the music files..

Yes.
The pro will see the usb plugged into the amp as a music share.
As mentioned numerous times, it's not the best music server, but it works.

Not going to spoil WiiM's sales of the Pro, but actually every DNA media control point/renderer will see the media server run on the WiiM Amp.

Having said that, adding a WiiM Pro will support other features like multi-room playback.

As luck would have it, someone just posted a software fix for my Squeezebox Touch which is now back in action..
