Wiim Pro fails to connect

I no longer can connect to the Wiim Pro either directly from Android (Samsung phone) or from within the App itself. The green light (indicating it is ready to pair) immediately switches to white upon "Pairing". This unit has worked just fine for at least a year. Customer support has offered no help that has done any good, not that they have not tried.

How do I get this to work?
 
Have you submitted a ticket when this happens?
Went six days thought man somebody’s going to raise ticket on this. It’s almost like nobody’s using it as a transport through its digital outputs. But tried Tidal titled today and of course it works just fine. This pro has set idle for a while but for the last month has been connected but 5 months before that was not so maybe it was because I missed a firmware update. I don’t know. One thing that was weird when I turned it on six days ago it worked almost 24 hours and then, to basically being inoperable. 🤷‍♂
Where do you raise a ticket for future?
