Hi I listen to youtube music from my tv on my wiim ultra when I turn on room fit and adjust the room sound just to make the sound sharper but the singer's voice or bass is not clear and sometimes inaudible or in other words the sentence is lost, the mid range is bright and clear. Can you tell me how to do this? When I turn off room fit the device is gone, there should be a low range that is automatically cut off, while my equalizer graph has it set to high from 50-200hz. Need an explanation!

Thank you.
From the screenshots it looks like you have too much boost. You can try the RoomFit settings values posted here.

-----
Room correction profile (created and loaded in RoomFit):
Individual Channel RoomFit,
Smoothing: 1/12,
Target: B&K,
frequency: 20Hz-300Hz,
No-Boost Mode: enabled,
Min Gain: -12dB,
Max Gain: +6dB,
Max Q: 10
The above settings enable precise correction of room- and placement- induced bass resonances.

Also, could you post a screenshot of this same screenshot?

Are the left and right speakers different models?
I tried following the setting on 20-300hz and here are the results.

測定にはどのマイクを使っていますか?

The left and right speakers are identical, a pair of Sony and Bose speakers connected in parallel, but the left pair has an additional treble speaker connected in parallel.
It sounds like there is a problem with the speaker configuration, but I don't know if that is the cause.

Does it sound normal with both EQ and RoomFit turned off? If turning it off does not solve the problem, can you test with just one pair of Sony speakers connected to the amplifier (with the Bose and tweeters disconnected)?

I turned off the peg and room fit but it still sounds the same, maybe it's the frequency range of the Sony TV, when listening to the TV speaker it's the same. Sometimes the low-pitched words sound like they're whispered.

If there is a problem with the TV, there may not be much you can do on the WiiM side, but you can try the following.

1) Ensure that Digital Audio Output is set to PCM in the TV's settings screen.

2) Reset the TV's audio settings to their defaults. ('Dolby' in all relevant sections switched off).

3) Set the graphic EQ to 'Vocal Booster' with RoomFit turned off.

To be honest, I don't know if this will work..

I can't believe a Sony TV would have a defective HDMI output that sounds exactly the same as the built in TV speaker.

Hey friend, maybe the problem is with my wiim or seas bridge amp. I listened to tidal on wiim, all the details are very good but sometimes there is a problem with the bass range of the vocals not being clear, not sharp and detailed, maybe it's because the amp volume is turned down 1/4 turn or there is a problem with the 5.1 amp input.

Are all speakers connected to the AV receiver in 5.1 ch?

Sorry, but I don't understand the situation.

What is the configuration of your audio system and what are the audio settings on your AVR?

Thanks guys my amp is on classical music mode, everything is solved! Although the bass is still not really good, it still misses the line but is lighter.

I don't understand what the always pcm output setting does versus auto. Also my tv recommends turning on dolby digital plus for arc and dolby digital for optical

If changing the mode on your amp solved your problem, you don't need to change anything else 🙂

Nếu việc thay đổi chế độ trên amp của bạn giải quyết được vấn đề, bạn không cần phải thay đổi bất cứ điều gì khác🙂
Tomorrow morning I will try to listen and feel again, if the problem continues with other songs I will have to consider the option of replacing another amplifier to try, even if it is just a desktop PC amplifier, right?

At the moment, I can't say anything about it..

However, if, for example, your amplifier is an older model and parts have already deteriorated, or there is a issue somewhere, I guess there is room to consider replacing it with a new one.
