Wiim Ultra (5.2.703437) won't display AIFF files

Files are transferred from a xp laptop with iTunes via USB.ALAC files are ok.
Any help would be appreciated.

Where are the file transferred to from the laptop?

The WiiM Amp supports playing AIFF files from USB memory since February 2024, so I suppose the Ultra should be to do so.

The files are transferred to a memory stick which is then put in the Wiim.

If re-scanning the memory stick does not change the situation send feedback to WiiM through the WiiM Home app:

There is no list of file formats supported by the Ultra, but playing AIFF from USB memory is explicitly mentioned for the older WiiM Amp (and for even older devices when playing bthem from your phone).

Yeah, I answered a similar question with here or on the Facebook page - given that firmware update to the Amp pre-dated the release of the Ultra, I would have expected the Ultra to have supported that straight out of the box.
