WIIM Ultra and Vibelink AMP Denon D-M41DAB

You are probably right, you can tell HIFI is not my thing, had a dream, woke up and made my purchase..... I will probably buy another set of speakers it's the easy solution without having to box an amp and out it in the attic 🙂👍
Or get a CD transport and connect it to the WiiM. It's cheaper than new speakers.

Is that Douk an rca switch box?

You could do what you want with an amp / speaker switch box and a couple of sets of short speaker cables.
I run my Amp Ultra and my March Audio amp to the same speakers using a "Dynavox Amp-S mkii amplifier and speaker switch".
You'd need two pairs of short speaker cables too.

e.g.
Vibelink speaker output to dynavox input A (so one set of short speaker cables)
Denon speaker output to dynavox input B (so another set of short speaker cables)
Dynavox speaker output to speakers (current speaker cables)

Hello Mr EE,

Yes it is a Douk RCA switch but I am clueless on how to connect this.... I just spent too much money without doing a study case now feel I'm lumbered with kit I can't really use.

You can't use that Douk rca box, which is why I suggested (something like) the dynavox speaker switch box.
I think Wiimer gave the cheapest solution - Denon headphone out to ultra line in, but it's rather a waste of the denon.

Good morning Mr EE,

Would you be so kind as to give model names as examples as my search is not so good?

Many thanks,

Marcus

I put it in double quotes earlier!
"Dynavox Amp-S mkii amplifier and speaker switch"
Searching for that should get you straight to it. e.g.

There are, of course, other brands etc. that do the same, such as the Solupeak on the right of my screenshot.

Thanks Mr Ee totally understand that I purchased the wrong RCA unit and feel a prat in doing so, lessons learnt ☺️👍I have taken all the advice given here and will report back with my finding in the not so distant future. Thank you for your support it's been an eye opener and a step learning curve into something that has changed somewhat from the late 1980s ☺️👍🙂

Cheers,

Marcus
