Hello, does anyone know why my Wiim Sub Pro plays quietly through my Denon PMA-600NE? It simply cannot drive the Subwoofer to full power through the RCA cable. I have everything set to full in the Application, Gain + 15dB, Crossover 80Hz. Line in Pre-Gain 10db.
With the Wiim mini it plays absolutely great over Wi-Fi.
There is only a problem after connecting the cable to my amplifier.
Thanks for every answer.

Do you have the WiiM Mini connected to the PMA-600NE? If you're using the Mini's AUX output into one of of the line level inputs, make sure to set the Mini to the lowest possible output voltage (I think it's 200 mV for the Mini, too). The PMA-600NE has a very high input sensitivity of 100 mV.

The maximum subwoofer output voltage on the other hand is rather low at 1 V with the volume knob at maximum. Having the subwoofer level at +15 dB should be enough to counteract this, but if the volume knob is currently closer to it's minimum position, this might not be enough.

Is the WiiM Sub Pro still paired to the Wiim Mini?

No, I have unpaired my Wiim mini, I only want it to play Gramophone(Turntable) and Denon pma-600ne. I don't want to stream LP vinyl through Wiim mini.
But I don't know if this problem can be solved without the Wiim Eco system.

So, can we ignore the WiiM Mini completely as far as troubleshooting goes? All you want to do for now is playing records through your PMA-600NE with the WiiM Sub Pro supporting your main speakers?

If so, it would be helpful to know the model and make of your turntable, your pickup cartridge and your main speakers.

Which input is the turntable connected to?
