WiiM Ultra doesn’t always “see” my Peachtree amp connected via USB.

My Peachtree Carina 300 has a nice internal DAC with dual ESS chips. I’d like to use the best connection, USB, WiiM>Carina but it hasn’t been seeing the amp? It seems to work after a few input switches on either the amp or the Ultra. Any suggestions so I can avoid this hassle? Yes I turn off the devices when not in use. Thanks in advance!

Have a read through this thread.. a few of us have had a similar experience.

You could try submitting a ticket request to WiiM support, perhaps if they hear more of the issue they may be able to find a solution for us.

My problem is that the dac doesnt have optical in. Coaxial is buggy and only accepts rates up to 96. With other sources it works up to 192. And USB keeps disconnecting. So I had to get the DDC because fixed output resolution was implemented not so long ago and I had to change outputs constantly depending on what I was listening to
