Hello everyone!
I'm very happy with the DLNA connection to the B&W Zeppelin. It worked perfectly at first, but for the past few weeks, the Wii Ultra has been repeatedly losing the connection to the Zeppelin. In most cases, either the Wii Ultra or the Zeppelin needs to be restarted, then the Zeppelin will reappear in the list and can be paired again. The connection needs to be re-established regularly. Also, when trying to adjust the volume with the remote, the DLNA output often sets itself to minimum, so that no sound can be heard. Does anyone have similar problems? I've tried all the beta versions without success.
Regards.
Grüße.

Hi,

The cause is not known, but it may be worth checking the following

  1. Connect to 5 GHz if using Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz.
  2. Ensure that there are no problems with Wi-Fi reception speeds on both devices.
  3. Try an Ethernet connection on the WiiM (or try Wi-Fi if you already have an Ethernet connection).
  4. If there are any Bluetooth devices paired to the WiiM and B&W, unpair them all.
  5. If possible, switch off Bluetooth on the B&W.
  6. Factory reset both devices.
