Wiim Ultra no function at all

Hello,

my new Ultra which I used maybe used 5 times has a problem. Today after work I have switched on the Ultra with the remote control unit, after that only the Play LED was lightning, the display totaly dark. I have tried a connection with my mobile and tablet without success. After 10 minutes I have unplugged the power cord. After that only a little bit backlight of the display is visible, no reaction on the touchscreen, App or remote control. Press the volume knob for 10 seconds for a factory reset did not show any reactions.

Has anyone more ideas to perform a hard reset or is it a warranty case?

Yeah, I’d contact your retailer in the first instance and for good measure raise a ticket to WiiM as well

I’ve had luck leaving a TV unplugged overnight. Could be dead, or could be confused by a power spike.

Today I got a new device from my dealer and it works everything fine and after a FW Update the display bug is also gone
