Wiim Ultra RCA output produce noise instead of music

Hi,

My wiim ultra produce noise with music in background when using rca output with active speakers.

This was working perfectly since i unplug rca cables directly when music was playing.

Maybe RCA outputs are now broken.

Can you help ?

Hard to tell from a distance.

Did you try to remove the power cord from the Ultra and carefully reconnected the RCA plugs before turning it on again?

Are you using the same RCA cables as before? Do they really really fit.all the way in? Some plugs are too wide to fit the recess in the Ultra case.

I suggest you create a ticket using the WiiM app. That will get the company involved and get you a replacement unit if yours is defective. Posting here may help if its a simple setup error that someone else has worked through but it won't start the warranty process.

EDIT -- I'm assuming your "active speakers" allow line level analog input?

Ok fine. As i bought this unit on Amazon, i have requested a refund. I will buy a new unit once i get the refund.
