Hi all.
I’m having a 45 year old Philips MFB544 speaker system with built in amplifier. A beautiful system they made back in the 70s, with an incredible sound. I want to connect the analog output from WiiM Ultra to the analog input of these speakers, connect an old record player to the phono input of the WiiM and use the volume control from WiiM Ultra to control the volume. Is this possible? To use Volume control from WiiM Ultra to control the volume output of the analog out signal?
Thanks for your help!

Entirely possible. Select the appropriate line out level for your speakers (or start with 1Vrms and adjust it up or down as required), set the speaker volume right down, set the WiiM volume to its max, and then adjust the speaker volume to the loudest you may ever want. Leave it at that, then use the WiiM volume control to adjust the volume back to your normal listening level.

Great! Thanks!! Now I’m sure I’m going to order the WiiM Ultra. New streaming options, my record player connected, and everything connected to an old set of active MFB speakers.
Thank you for your reply!
