Wimm Ultra stops after playing one song when prompted to play from Echo Device

Beginning about 10/23/2025 when I tell my Echo device to "Shuffle my Playlist" from Amazon Music on my Wimm Ultra device (version 5.2.733343 dated 20251023) it plays only one song and stops. This happens no matter if I use either of my two Echo devices it is the same result. This occurs evens when I attempt to play an album from Amazon Music so it doesn't do this when only shuffling my playlist it does this no matter if it is my playlist or an album. If I reboot the Wimm Ultra it will work and play more than one song BUT only for that listening session. For all further listening sessions it will play just one song.

Up until around 10/23/2025 my Wimm Ultra played perfectly when telling my Echo devices to play music on my Wimm Ultra. The problem started sometime around 10/23/2025.

This behavior is only happening with my Wimm Ultra device. My Wimm Pro (version 4.6.730353 dated 20250924) is working fine!

When this happens, you should immediately raise a ticket via the more/ feedback section in the WiiM app so they can inspect your device logs for clues. This week I raised a ticket because skipping a track on the app during playback prompted Alexa to ask what I wanted to play next...

The same thing is happening for my playlists, too, but after a few tracks. I noticed it for the first time today. Playing full albums seems fine. In addition to a shuffled playlist stopping after a few tracks, I also saw the following behavior a couple of times: a track finishes, the next starts, the info for the previous is still on screen, I click "Next" on the remote, the new track info displays, the new track starts over, it finishes, and the next one doesn't start. Clicking "Next" on the remote or using the "next" voice command starts the next track.
