Aftermarket amp remote relay?

Is there a quality 12V remote relay for use with amps that don't have that feature?

I must not know the magic combination of words to Google it. I keep getting pages of car alarm components.

I'm actually using an old APC AV power conditioner without battery that has the 12V in/out triggers to switch my amplifiers on and off.
