AI - utopia or dystopia? A brave new world...

Heraclitus (520 b. C.) already famously stated, "War is the father of all and the king of all."

Are we undergoing an event comparable to the Industrial Revolution.? Or, is AI just another dotcom bubble?

Maybe anything which has been produced using AI should have a label (like GM food).?

When mobiles were first introduced I called them 'One Finger Bandits' - I wonder what the annual cost of owning & using a smart phone actually is? Overall, I judge the overall impact of cell phone technology has been insiduously negative. 📱😛

AI is not to prevent and like any technology it can be used from or for good or bad.
HERE we talk about another bubble created by Google, Meta, Apple, name them. If someone believes in getting independent answers he is at least naive. It's all about the name. ChatGPT, Grok and Siri and similar "apps" are convenient for the data collectors and are not AI!
