AirPlay not working on one of two Pro Plus (Spotify Connect works)

Hello everyone,

I have two Pro Plus devices at home, both set up almost identically. Both play perfectly via Spotify Connect, but only one of the devices can be connected via AirPlay. Both devices have the latest (and identical) firmware, and I’ve already restarted them several times.

Is there a specific setting I’m not aware of? Or is there a fault with the device?

You may need to factory reset the one that isn't working and maybe even adding it again to the Apple Home app (although that latter step may not be strictly necessary).

Try restarting your network equipment. Do you know if the version of the Pro Plus circuit board is the same in both units?
