Amazon Music Amazon Music playback via Alexa to a WiiM Mini only showing 24/44.1 for 24/192 track

I wonder then if it’s a CD you bought that had autorip which also would have made a lossy version available for access//use online by Alexa, for example.
For the Gary Clark track you mentioned (which exact one was it so I can try?), try deleting that from your music/library in the Amazon music app. If it’s a track that is still in Unlimited you should now get the HD version. The downside will be that that track will also disappear from any playlist you have and you’d need to re-add the Unlimited HD version.
If this does work, I think there’s a bug in Amazon Music where it’ll offer up the lossy versions in your library rather than the HD version of that same track. I used to think it did the exact opposite…
i was just thinking that, this is effecting music that i would have never uploaded. i have been going over my lists but its just pain staking

I had a few attempts again at deleting a few tracks I suspect came from auto ripped purchased CDs and it’s extremely frustrating as the web, Android and iOS interface to songs in your library are all different with different options like unlike in one, delete from library in another etc. If I remember the last time I looked at this when I first noticed it a while back , you had to do it one by one, it would then screw up your playlists and it would permanently delete any tracks you actually had uploaded (which in my case was around 14k worth). At the end of the day, I realised it was an almost impossible task and that it was futile to try contacting Amazon support as they’re generally useless and wouldn’t understand the issue. Think I reconciled myself to maintaining my playlists, forgetting the bitrate and just listening to the music…
