[Amp Pro] Right channel dead -- Quick flashing red LED

I tested the speakers on different hardware and they're fine.

Once my Wiim Amp Pro gets a signal, i heat a quick pop/static on the right channel and get the red flashing LED. Left channel remains functioning.

trouble shooting steps taken:
1) reset amp
2) try difference sources (including bluetooth)
3) swap speakers
4) completely disconnect right channel (still get red light after signal starts)
5) check for shorts in speaker wire
6) check speakers on different hardware (my speakers are fine and are 8ohm)

I know it sounds like a hardware issue, but is there anything else I can try? I was really hoping to use my amp for this upcoming week

I already opened a support ticket, but they seem to be in a different time zone
