New music streaming provider, new problems ...

As the title suggests, automatic playback in Qobuz only works for me via the optical input. Via Ethernet (Qobuz Connect), it does not work either with the Android or Windows app.

Does anyone have an idea?

Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner of the Qobuz screen in the WiiM app, and check whether autoplay is enabled.
I have this option on and it works for both the WiiM app and connect ( I do have auto play enabled in the Qobuz app as well)
It’s one of the reasons I missed Qobuz when I was using Deezer

Autoplay is of course activated everywhere (Qobuz in the Wiim Home App, in the original Qobuz App and in the Windows Qobuz App), otherwise it wouldn't work via Optical Input/Line-In, that's why I'm asking.

I just tested it again, autoplay suddenly works via Qobuz in the Wiim Home App, but not via the original Qobuz app.

The Windows App is causing problems again and still refuses to autoplay via ethernet (Qobuz Connect), the title that should actually be played is shown, but it's not played. After the last title of the album/playlist, playing stops. The "funny" thing is, autoplay worked after I selected my smartphone there as an output device from the network devices (strangely enough, it's no longer displayed there anymore ...). WTF, I'm going crazy. 🤪

Does it work if you choose another target device other than your WiiM?

I only have the amp pro, so I can't check it with another device.

I tested it briefly, and like you, I couldn't get autoplay to work on Qobuz Connect. (Though I'm on a free account.)

When the last track in a playlist finishes, it loops back to the first track, plays for just a moment, then stops. It might be a temporary glitch or bug.🤔

I'm curious if other Qobuz users are experiencing normal operation.

Mines working as designed but I am using an ultra and iOS on iPhone 13 Pro

I have something in the back of mind that Qobuz Connect doesn’t yet support autoplay but I can’t find anything to back up that recollection.

If nobody else verifies this issue, I will check it out tomorrow, although this is a feature that I always have turned off, as I want playback to stop when an album has finished. 🤔

Thanks for checking. Mine is Android 16.
Strike that just tried by playing last track on daily list and a Carly Simon lp and they do jump back to initial track and stop
Not my normal way of playing as in the WiiM app it works just fine
Either there’s a connect bug or a connect+ WiiM bug

Based on @Skull's testimony, it seems iOS may be the only supporting Qobuz Connect's autoplay.🤔

Then @Burnside's memory is most likely correct.🙂
Probably correct 😜
My usual case listening is I create a playlist of 3-4 albums in Qobuz and depending on muscle memory I click on an app in the morning and select the list and play
Or lazy mode go into WiiM app browse Qobuz pick an album press play and autoplay is a wonderful thing 😊
If method a is used 3-4 albums is usually enough for me and the other method I just stop when I have had enough
