Qobuz Automatic playback does not work via Qobuz Connect

Strangely enough, AutoPlay works fine with Qobuz Connect from the Xiaomi 15 phone to the Xiaomi Pad mini. However, some albums still won't play even through the WiiM app. E.g., this one.

I plan to test it tomorrow with the Yamaha AVR. Unfortunately, it's already way past my bedtime...

For tomorrow I just tried the same playlist and album using connect to my Denon home 250 speaker and get the same result both stop playing
Which would point to a Qobuz connect issue

Unfortunately, Yamaha still doesn't support Qobuz Connect. This is the moment when I truly appreciate having WiiM.😂

I meant what happens if you use Qobuz Connect from Android to Windows or vice versa? Does autoplay work in those instances?

It works from Windows to Android when I select my phone as the output device (which normally doesn't make sense, of course). However, I have noticed that my phone is only displayed in the Windows app when I have selected it as the audio output in the Qobuz app.

Vice versa, autoplay only works if I have selected the optical connection as the audio output in the Qobuz app (with Qobuz Connect via Ethernet, playback stops after the last track).

Does this mean that the Windows computer running the Qobuz app is connected to the WiiM device via an optical connection?

Sorry, I probably didn't explain that clearly enough.

In that last post, I was only talking about the Qobuz app for Android (not the access via Wiim Home app) where I have three options: the phone itself, the optical connection which is also called Qobuz Connect (that only shows up if the Qobuz app for Windows is open at the same time) and Qobuz Connect.
In my case, the optical connection is an SMSL adapter, which is linked to the Windows PC via USB cable and Qobuz Connect means for me, that the Amp Pro is linked via LAN cable.

But in the Windows app it is basically the same. I can choose between line-in, optical input, phone, ethernet (Qobuz Connect) there and the only connection where autoplay does not work in both apps is ethernet. As others have described, playback jumps to the first track at the end and stops.

QuarryHunslett wrote that he would take a look at it; maybe the whole thing will be resolved with one of the next updates.

I run the Qobuz native app on an ARM-based MacBook Air, and while Autoplay when enabled does show the next track queued and actually plays it on the WiiM Ultra, it is fraught with dropouts that were not occurring during playback of the original album that had just completed. If I try to start and stop that Autoplayed track, or advance to the next one in the queue, that doesn't change anything, playback is still fraught with dropouts.

Additionally, if I change the Connect endpoint to a non-WiiM device in the form of a Raspberry Pi 5 running Volumio Premium, exactly one additional track will Autoplay (without any dropouts) but thats all, even though you can see the next Autoplay track thats been queued, at the end of the currently playing track the playback just stops and the queue returns to the first track of the original album that was playing prior to Autoplay commencing.

So there are definite Autoplay issues with Qobuz Connect right now, and it isn't isolated to WiiM devices nor iOS or Android, the macOS desktop app is also misbehaving too.

Interestingly, if I then grab control of that queue using the Android app, the one track and done Autoplay aspect on the RPi5/Volumio instance does not persist, Autoplay continues normally there, however directing that queue back to the WiiM Ultra doesn't cure the audio dropout problem, and it then inherits the one track and done phenomenon.
