Ongoing Beta Beta Test: Qobuz Connect

Yes seems like some new firmware is overdue.
Even if the problem turns out to be mostly on Qobuz's side to fix, seems likely there'd still be the need for a firmware update as part of the solution. Even if not, it's hard to believe there isn't another bug or two that's become apparent (e.g., memory leak, etc.).

Small sample size, but it's interesting nobody has reported a multiroom issue with Marantz/Denon/HEOS. Which gives me hope it can be solved in the WiiM ecosystem.

I received an e-mail from Qobuz that I was in the beta a couple of days ago, asking me to give some extra details (account + Wiim MAC). I submitted the details and received an iOS invite to download the beta app. With the beta app installed, I can't see my Wiim Ultra from within the Qobuz app. Is there anything else I need to do? It should be quite straightforward...

You need to wait till Qobuz ask WiiM to whitelist your device and make the beta WiiM Qobuz Connect firmware available to you. I’m in the same boat…

What firmware version is on the Ultra?
 
Qobuz just dropped a new Android Qconnect beta app {this one is tagged "qconnect - beta03"). Just a general description of bug fixes, etc. Will test tomorrow.
