Bose wave cd/radio

Hello
I want to be able to play a cd on my Bose wave to other WiiM. I am not really sure how to get this set up since you have to change on the Bose to cd or radio which takes it out of aux. is this possible?

Looks like the aux on the Bose is input, not output. The best you can probably do is to Bluetooth its output to one closeby WiiM device. If you want to play it to another room, you’d need a second WiiM device there linked to the first.

I don’t think that will work either to change to Bluetooth it changes off cd

The answer is that you cannot use the CD player in your Bose to play to your WiiM. You'll need to get a separate CD or DVD player.

Which WiiM device model do you have?

Please connect the headphone output from your Bose to the WiiM's AUX-in or Line-in port and check if playback is possible at an appropriate volume.

You will need a stereo 3.5mm cable like this.


Also, as @Burnside mentioned, if you want to listen to CD in another room, you'll need to buy one more Mini to create a multi-room group.
