Can I use Wiim Pro as a bridge DAC between my AV processor and Power AMP

Hi All,

I have a basic question which is bothering me....

I have ordered for a Wiim Pro recently... I have the following query regarding the use of the same...

Currently i am having Home theatre setup wherein I am using Anthem AVM 70 as AV Processor and Anthem MCA 525 and 325 Power Amps.

1. Can I use Wiim Pro as a DAC for my Left and Right Channel, wherein I connect the AVM 70 out to Wiim Pro Input and Wiim Pro Output to my power amps...
2. By using this setup, will it enhance my speaker capabilities for Stereo listening.

Please let me know is it feasible to bridge this way.

You have a few options
1) Use the DAC in the wiim, use analogue out, fixed level, from the wiim into Anthem CD analogue input. Use analogue bypass to disable any ADC. This disables Anthem ARC, bass management etc. Use the Anthems volume control

2) Use the DAC in the Anthem, by using digital out from the Wiim into coaxial input, fixed level. use the Anthems volume control.
