Cannot find my collection

Hi,
After updating both firmware 4.8.639134 and app 3.0.8, I am experiencing an issue, which I cannot find my collection for artists, tracks, albums, neither playlists. Nothing but the “mixes for you” section.
Is that some kind of software bug?
BTW, i failed to activate “Tidal” in the WiiM Home app.

What do you mean, beyond the obvious of course?
Is the Account option there in the Tidal screen? Can you logout?
Have you tried all the usual reboots, removing power, resets etc.?

Edit: just saw the post about the Tidal outage. Assuming it was probably this...
 
Tried reset back to factory default, and start all over again then the Tidal is back to normal.
Suggest to notify users to do the cycle before listening Tidal
