Change the order of presets

Change the order of presets by swiping up/down. Currently, you can only remove and replace them with others.

When @WiiM Support wrote their reply (2025-01-11) the still current WHA version 3.1 2 had probably already been released to Apple and Google for distribution through their stores.

I'd like to see the ability to reorder presets for all devices at the same time, not just for those supporting Smart Presets.
