Chromecast to Wiim Pro speaker group

With Chromecast enabled on a Wiim Pro, and that device linked to multiple Wiim Minis in a group, could Chromecast audio be then sent to the minis? Currently this doesn't happen

I think it's impossible because the Wiim mini don't support ChromeCast.

AlexaCast and SpotifyConnect support multi-room with MINI.

I suppose I'm asking: what if the Wiim Pro could decode and retransmit to the minis?
This is a feature request. And question about whether it would even be possible

Looks lkke you'll just have to buy more Pros.
Or find something else to listen to.

I think it should be possible as the audio stream is being processed on the master device and sent directly to the slaves from the master. That's why it seems to be downgraded to 48/16 when the Pro is paired with the Mini.
A protocol used by the master device to reach the audio stream shouldn't matter.

Bumping this. Got a C3 speaker in a Linkplay multi-room configuration with a Pro. Would like to know if there is a hard limitation or could this be a potential future enhancement?

Everything is great so far but casting would add that extra versatility.
