Chromecast Volume

Hello,
I have just set up my new Wiim pro plus and have encountered few issues / questions.
At first device was detected only with WLAN network connection and not via LAN.
Took me a while to figure that out.
Also Chromecast is also o working with WLAN only and not in LAN mode...

After that sorted out, I'm now able to stream form Spotify and Amazon Music.
But volume from Amazon / Chromecast is far, far less compared to Spotify.
Is that issue known and is there an option to increase Chromecast Volume?

Last question: can I somehow shutdown the device without disconnecting power line?

Check the volume in the Google home app, or set the Wiim to fixed volume if you have volume control available on your amp. (Wiim app/settings/audio settings)

For Amazon I would recommend setting up the Alexa source so you can "Alexa cast" directly from the Amazon Music app and support HD playback

The Wiim has no shutdown function but should be set by default to go into standby mode after a few minutes. I have disabled the status light on mine and leave it on.

Regarding Amazon Music, the issue was caused by a setting in Amazon Music.
Normalized volume was switched on. After switching it of the volume was "correct".
