Accidental switching on of Fixed Volume is not allowed when the audio equipment is connected in Direct Amp mode. This can harm both speakers and human health.
It is necessary that when activating this option, a warning is received with the need to confirm it. As you understand, this function can call maximum volume instantly.

An additional recommendation is that this warning should only be activated when Fixed sound is activated.
Some users no longer read the pop-up window notifications, therefore, when activating the Fixed sound function, a short beep signal or a short increase in the current sound should be played at the same time, drawing attention to the upcoming volume.
