My unit's serial number starts with P1TF2350 plus five more digits. That might indicate a manufacturing date in week 50 of 2023.

Mine would be from week 45 if such a correlation is valid.

this looks like the format of my device's UUID, the serial was on a sticker on the side of the box and on the bottom of the device

One huge advantage this device has over say a Fosi Audio V3 as far as load dependence issues is the PEQ built in - effectively variation in higher frequencies can be fixed with a single filter.

Yes this is a very big advantage even compared to amplifiers that measures better . The PEQ functionality is also one of the main reason to buy a WiiM streamer . This will make a ls50 sound better in real life in the listening room, as an example.

at a distance of around 1.25m. I never listen at ear-bleeding loud levels.

Any amp will play pretty loud at such a close distance, so you should be fine. But that is pretty close so do experiment with the tilt and toe of the speakers.
