Hdmi input using Av Amplifier

I'm usually good with wiring av etc but I'm struggling to figure how to wire the hdmi input into the Ultra utilising my Av amplifier, do I have to to run another cable from my TV, I currently have just the one output?
I use the Arc output from my TV into my av amp.

It’s an either or situation.
Either connect the hdmi from TV to Ultra OR to AVR. You can’t have both.
