Ultra supports ARC, not eARC, and its's unlikely the Blu-ray player provides that. Also, I think it's been mentioned that the actual pins in the HDMI connection for ARC are different from those used for non-ARC audio.
HDMI audio input to WiiM without ARC is possible with a HDMI audio extractor. HDMI 2.0 supports up to 24-bit, 192 kHz lossless digital streams. HDMI audio extractors ($22-$35) offer bit-perfect TOSLINK input to WiiM.
