Hello,

Unfortunately, I'm trying to get the Ultra to play Hi-Res tracks. Unfortunately without success.

All hearing quality settings are set to 24 bit / 96kHz or higher. Tried all variants of music transfer from iPhone, iPad or MacBook. The maximum playback state achieved is CD. Does anyone have an idea?

Thank you very much!

First of all, please post in English to save the majority of us having to reach for Google translate ;)

Which music service are you trying to play from, from which app, what output are you using and what is your Ultra connected to?

Qobuz would be the current streaming service
As an APP I used both the web player and the Wiim app.
The Ultra is connected to a tube power amplifier via RCA cable.

Have you set the streaming quality in the WiiM Home on its Qobuz page by selecting the three bar menu in the top left hand corner, then settings/ streaming/ HiRes?

Also, which output are you using from you Ultra? If coax or optical, go to the Ultra's device settings in the WiiM app, and under Audio Settings, choose SPDIF or Coax Output resolution and set that to the level your external DAC or amp can support

It was actually due to the duplicate setting on Qobuz in the Wiim app.
In addition to the settings for the audio signal for the Wiim remote app, the input signal of the Qobuz app must also be set to the desired quality in the settings. Then it works.
Thank you so much for your support!
